1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AdsEasy (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AdsEasy is a platform that helps cleaning businesses create and manage advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Our service includes:

  • AI-assisted ad copy and creative generation
  • Audience targeting recommendations
  • Campaign creation and management through the Meta Ads API
  • Campaign performance tracking and reporting

AdsEasy acts as a tool to help you manage your advertising. We do not guarantee any specific advertising results, including impressions, clicks, leads, or revenue.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

4. Meta Account Connection

The Service requires you to connect a Meta Business account. By connecting your account, you authorize AdsEasy to access and manage advertising campaigns on your behalf through Meta’s APIs. You represent that you have the authority to grant this access and that your use of Meta’s advertising platform complies with Meta’s Terms of Service and Advertising Policies.

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

AdsEasy offers a free plan with limited features and a paid Pro plan. Key terms:

  • Free plan: Includes 1 active campaign and 3 regenerations per campaign. No payment required.
  • Pro plan ($100/month): Includes unlimited campaigns and 10 regenerations per campaign. Billed monthly.
  • Prices are in US Dollars and are subject to change with 30 days’ notice.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time Pro subscribers.

6. Ad Spend

AdsEasy does not charge you for your Meta ad spend. Ad spend is billed directly by Meta through your connected Meta Ads account. You are solely responsible for managing your ad budget and any charges incurred through Meta’s platform.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Create misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent advertising content
  • Violate Meta’s Advertising Policies or Community Standards
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Share your account credentials with third parties

8. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate ad copy, targeting suggestions, and creative recommendations. While we strive for quality, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published. AdsEasy is not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated content that you choose to publish.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by AdsEasy and is protected by intellectual property laws. Ad content generated through our Service for your campaigns is yours to use. You grant us a limited license to use your business information and content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

10. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period
  • After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan
  • All campaigns except the most recent one are paused

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdsEasy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee any specific advertising results or outcomes from using the Service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdsEasy from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
