• Meta account data: When you connect your Meta (Facebook) account, we receive an access token and basic page information necessary to create and manage ad campaigns on your behalf.
• Business information: Details about your cleaning business, including business name, service area, and service types, which you provide during onboarding.
• Payment information: If you upgrade to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number.
• Usage data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with our service, including pages visited, features used, and device information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our service
• Create and manage Meta ad campaigns on your behalf
• Generate AI-powered ad copy, targeting suggestions, and creative recommendations

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Meta access tokens are stored encrypted and are never exposed to client-side code. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on our platform. Analytics cookies, if used, are first-party and help us understand how our service is used.
